Time to Get Physical Friars!

Sports Physicals 2015-2016

This year's sports physicals will be held on August 10th at 6:30 PM in the main gym for $30.00. You must bring a copy of the PIAA sports physical form with sections 1-5 completed by a parent/guardian. Section 6 must be completed by the physician.

All students MUST complete the PIAA physical form and the Athletic Permission From before they are allowed to participate in athletics.

Athletice fees are as follows:

1st Sport: $160

2nd Sport - $135

3rd Sport - $85

Physicals and completed PIAA physical forms are required by all sports participants. 

All sports are allowed to begin practicing on August 17th.
